Considerations for Use:

RPAC는 RPA1과 동일한 방식으로 사용됩니다. RPAC는 DMSO에 용해하여 1–5 mM 농도의 stock solution으로 준비할 수 있으며, 소분(aliquot)하여 -20°C에서 보관해야 합니다. 적절하게 -20°C에서 보관된 냉동 소분액은 안정성을 유지하며, 최소 2~3개월 동안 사용이 가능합니다.
